Adult Hapkido by Lee H Park Martial Arts

Hapkido training is a traditional martial art for all ages, gender and fitness level. Participants will learn kicking, punching escapes throwing and locks. Exercise and conditioning are focuses of this class. Classes are taught at Lee H. Park Martial Arts, and will be held at 1131 N. Kingshighway Suite 2K in Cape Girardeau.
