Description: Strength, Agility & Balance (SAB Class)
Please Note: This class is designed for active, functional seniors. It is not designed for frail elders, or those suffering
from a chronic or disabling disease or those in pain management programs.
This class will run 1 hour, Wednesdays beginning September 7, 2022
The class will consist of a warm-up session followed by weight resistance exercise (including upper body, core and
lower body). The remaining portion of the class will be focused on agility and balance exercises to help prevent the
risks of falling. It will finish with some stretching.
The class is not intended to take the place of a cardio program, although, there will be some elevation of the heart
rate.
The class will be limited to 12 participants and both men & women are welcome.
Please bring $5 and pay the instructor directly at the beginning of each class.
