Description
Participants will learn disc throwing techniques, the rules of play and the basic offensive and defensive strategies needed to play this fast-paced team sport. Ultimate will improve conditioning and hand-eye coordination that can be transferred to any sport. At the center of this self-refereed sport is sportsmanship known as “Spirit of the Game”. Through talking through each call on the field players will also gain valuable conflict management skills.
