Turns out I like and respect myself enough to show up every morning, in the rain, in the dark, and do my best, for me, with Dawn’s FIERCE support and encouragement, pushing me to do a little bit more. Modifications are there for you—do what you can, a little bit differently (for example, safer for the knees). But always moving…so we can keep moving (and maybe even look good doing it).
