Explore Horseshoe Gulch this summer at Race #4 of the 14th annual Summit Trail Running Series. The Series consists of 6 trails in and around the Breckenridge area. Each race features a short and long course, and all races are open to runners of all abilities ages 10 and older. Race #4 is Horseshoe Gulch with a 6K short course and 14K long course. There are no aid stations on the course - this Series is cup-free. Participants MUST bring a reusable water bottle.

The pre-registration fee is $22 for runners ages 18 and up. The same-day registration fee is $25 for runners 18 and up. The pre-registration and same-day registration fee is $5 for runners 17 and under (a parent/guardian-signed waiver is required). A completed Sports Waiver is required before the start of the program. Please note, credit card payments are not accepted for same-day registration, cash or check only.

Recreation Department volunteers are the backbone of a successful Series. Participants may encounter volunteers along the course, at registration, at the finish line, and at post-race parties and events. Racers are expected to interact with these volunteers in a professional and respectful manner. Should an event participant demonstrate inappropriate or abusive behavior toward any volunteer, s/he may be suspended from future Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department events.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen trail conditions the race director reserves the right to delay, cancel or reschedule the race. There are no refunds in the event of a race cancellation.
