Our postpartum program is recommended for new mamas who are 8 weeks to 1 year postpartum. This class will meet you where you are help you build strength, mobility, and flexibility. The class will provide a community to meet other new mamas and provide guidance and support in your mamahood journey. The class will help you embrace your new body, build and maintain confidence, restore your pelvic floor and core, and empower you to learn functional strengthening & total body stretching exercises to help you feel and be the best mama you can be.
The program includes 1 live group workout per week and 1 group virtual wellness coaching session per week to stay both physically and mentally strong as a new mama!
