If you have given birth, this class is for you! Join us for a comprehensive fitness program designed to help you regain strength, confidence and embrace your active motherhood season. This program is centered around your well-being and focuses on rebuilding your core strength and rehabilitating pelvic muscles and abdominal areas while ensuring safe and correct movements. Over the course of 6 weeks, we will gradually progress from foundational exercises to dynamic full-body workouts, preparing you for your next fitness goals with a renewed sense of vitality. This class is for anyone who is at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their doctor/midwife to exercise. Even if you are years postpartum, this class can help you regain pelvic floor and core strength!
