Daily Progress for Falls Prevention
Learn to incorporate simple exercises each day in order to achieve larger falls prevention goals including balance, endurance, strength, getting up and down safely from the floor, or any other goal. Instructor will incorporate information from neuroscience as well as simple tools from the Gems of Excellence Brain-Mind Course to assist participants in de-stressing prior experiences, issues and beliefs that can also affect one’s progress. Instructor: Laura Olinger from Vintage Moves, LLC, has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health, Nia Black Belt, Aquatic Fitness Professional Certification, and 23 years of Gems Study.
