In honor of Mother's Day, this program will celebrate all mothers of the world with a lovely spring brunch. Learn to cook a one-dish healthy frittata using seasonal kale, a recipe that is easily transformed into a dozen different meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner, warm or cold, for everyday eating or entertaining. This healthy cooking class is scheduled mid-morning so participants may enjoy a late brunch afterwards.
Participants are encouraged to cook along from home, or may watch the demonstration and cook the recipe later. Questions encouraged during class for cooking assistance. Sponsored by the generous support of Boulder Seniors Foundation.
All registrants will receive a shopping list one week prior for time to purchase items needed. Recipes and the online link will be emailed one day prior. Print out the recipes and be ready to cook with Mary from home. Registration deadline April 30.
