This class will review new thinking and strategies for making healthy, tasty and inviting meals no matter how many come to the table. Mary Collette Rogers, Healthy Cooking Instructor, will guide participants in cooking a simple one-dish meal and will review different ways to adapt it for the season, diet, tastes and foods in the refrigerator or pantry. Participants are encouraged to cook along during class or may watch the demonstration and cook the recipes later. Questions encouraged during class for cooking assistance. This program is sponsored by the generous support of Boulder Seniors Foundation.
All registrants will receive a shopping list one week prior for time to purchase items needed. Recipes and an online link will be emailed one day prior. Print out the recipes and be ready to cook with Mary from home.
