Description

**Please, understand that activities can be cancelled or postponed at any moment due to COVID 19 and updated protocols by the Governor of Texas.**

This community focused event provides Kendall County families the opportunity to enjoy and learn about local services and organizations that are available in Boerne and surrounding area.

There will be entertainment and fun activities available for the whole family at this event!

The Outdoor Family Fair is hosted by the Kendall County Child Service Board and co-sponsored by the Boerne Family YMCA, and the City of Boerne Parks and Recreation Department.

Those who are interested in having a booth at this event should review the required COVID-19 protocols below before registering:

-let us know what your activity/game will be and your plan to make sure that proper cleaning protocol can be followed in between each participant.

-all people at your booth MUST wear masks and practice social distancing during event.

-Sanitize (spray or wipe down) your interactive games/activities between each visitor.

-DO NOT allow visitors to pick out their prizes/giveaways from a bowl or from the table as in past O.F.F. events, please pass these out as they come by your booth.

-Staff members who are passing out prizes/giveaways are encouraged to wear gloves.

-all booths are required have hand sanitizer readily available.

This registration is for FOR-PROFIT Businesses or Organizations (including food vendors!) If you are a food vendor your application will be reviewed before being accepted. There will also be an additional $20 Temporary Health Permit that will be required. Reminder, this is not an event to sale products.


Please understand that by submitting this booth registration your business is not guaranteed entry into the event. The event committee will review all entries. Entries looking for the chance to showcase local organizations, non-profits and businesses that offer services for families. Booths are encouraged to provide an interactive proponent to their display in order to engage the public, and to provide information rather than to sale products. If for any reason a booth is not included in the event a full refund will be issued.


Please understand that you are responsible for bringing all supplies needed for your booth. This includes tables, tents (to be secured with weights rather than ground stakes), chairs, electrical cords (if needed and indicated on the registration form), treasure hunt items (approx 300 if you have indicated that you plan to participate), supplies for an interactive activity etc.


A booth space is 12x12. If you need special accommodations please indicate those needs at the time of registration.


If you are planning to sell food, please contact Brenda Bell, Kendall County Health Inspector ((830) 249-9343) for guidelines and your $20 permit if applicable.


Booth set up will be from 8-10am. Your booth should be ready to greet the public by 10am. Take down will begin at 2pm
