Description: 

Kids play in this system if they live in either the Sammamish or Interlake High School attendance boundaries. Practices for the Seahawks begin August 13th and will be Monday-Friday. Starting 8/29 they will move to 3 days a week. Games will begin the Saturday September 8th and will be every Saturday through playoff games in mid-November. Players must be between 7 and 14 years old (7 years weighing at least 60lbs are eligible).

2018 Age/Weight Chart *Players born in March through July of 2008 may play at the Rookie level by age/weight total points subject to the age points shown in the right column.
