SASS 2 Self-Defense Class for Females Age 15+

Friday, March 17th at 5:30pm to 7:30pm

Fee $40

This course women and girls review material from SASS 1 and learn additional physical and mental skills to safeguard them from ground attacks and numerous abduction scenarios. This course builds on the power and purpose discovered in SASS 1.

Completion of either SASS Course #101 in January 2023 OR SASS Course #101 in November of 2022 is a requirement for enrolling into this SASS 2 Course.

For women and girls 15 and older only.

Please follow the dress code. This is very important for the moves we will be doing. Fairly more physical than SASS 1.

-NO shorts allowed.

-NO jeans.

-NO opened toed shoes.

-Please wear socks.

-NO large jewelry pieces that could injure you or another participant.
