SASS 1 Self-Defense Class for Females Age 15+

Saturday, February 18th at 3:30pm to 5:30pm

Participants are trained physically and mentally for the most common threats to their safety. This course is paramount to creating a community of women and girls who know their inherent worth and how to advocate for it verbally and physically. For parents, please keep in mind that mature content will be discussed in this class.
