An exhilarating workout that mixes athletics, cardio, strength training, and functional movements with a touch of dance and super powerful music. Intervals of Tabata are added to POW the cardiorespiratory and fat burning effect of this workout. Get ready to sweat, have FUN , feel positive and get fit & energized all at once. This class will be mixed with regular Zumba Fitness Dance Choreographies.
