4th of July Craft Vendor
Friday, July 4, 2025 - 11am-10pm
Online registrations will be dated upon receipt. Space requirements will be approved on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
Vendor Locations
- The City of Bettendorf’s 4th of July Committee will determine all vendor locations based on:
- The date registration is received.
- The availability of space.
- If electricity is required.
- Vendors are not allowed to move from their assigned location at any time.
- Vendors are not allowed to secure tents/equipment with stakes driven into the ground.
- New This Year! Vendors will be located along the 18th Street/Bettendorf Middle School side path between Jimmy's Pancake House and the school yard.
Vendor Requirements
- Vendors must sell tangible goods.
- If needed, vendors shall provide electrical cords to be connected to electricity supply (provided on-site).
Set-Up and Clean-Up
- Vendors may begin setting up on July 4 at 8am.
- Set-up must be completed by July 4 at 11:00am.
- Vendors are responsible for maintenance and clean-up around their assigned space. It is the responsibility of each vendor to clean up their space at the end of the festival.
- Clean-up must be completed by July 5 at 10am
Online Registration Deadline is Friday, June 13, 2025.
