CITY OF BETTENDORF
2021 Halloween Parade
Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 6:00pm
The parade will begin at the intersection of 23rd Street and Middle Road then continue onto Spruce Hills Drive. The procession will travel to 18th Street, turning left onto 18th Street, continuing to Middle Road, turning left on Middle Road, and finishing at the entrance of the Life Fitness / Splash Landing parking lot. Do not stop in the lot. All entries need to continue through the park back onto 23rd Street.
Groups are encouraged to car pool to avoid traffic tie-ups, lost children, and parking problems in the line-up area. Please follow the traffic signs posted for the day’s event.
Line-up will begin at 4:30pm and will end at 5:30pm at Middle Park. Please enter the park from 23rd Street. Middle Road park entrance will be closed. The Civil Air Patrol will assist participants in the line-up area.
All candy must be passed out person to person. Dropping of candy in front of persons along the parade route is permitted, as long as the viewer is sitting / standing on the curb, or in the grassy area along the parade route. Violators will be given one warning. After the first warning, the entry will be removed from the parade and directed off the parade route at a safe location. A record of entries will be kept. If an entry is found to violate this directive in any future parade, they will be banned from participating in any future parades in Bettendorf, Iowa.
NO handing out of paper products of any kind. (Fliers, pamphlets, etc.).

Signups must be received by 5:00pm with appropriate fees by these dates:
By October 14th $20.00 * From October 15th – 23rd $50.00
