Virtual Advanced Drawing & Portfolio Preparation Workshop
Grades 9 – 12
This workshop is for the high school student working on a portfolio for college admissions and scholarship applications. It is also open for the intermediate/advanced student who would like to develop their drawing skills. The students will work on observational still life drawing with a focus on composition, value, tone, sighting, measuring and mapping. After working online with the instructor during the daily one hour session and independently following the virtual session, students should complete two observational drawings and gain a strong foundation of how to analyze art and come up with a quality composition. Materials will be provided by curbside pick-up prior to the first online session.

After you complete your registration for a virtual camp, you will receive an email one week before the first day that will include directions and a link for your secure Zoom camp session, instructions for curbside pick-up and an itinerary for the week.
