Description

Baduganjin exercise helps to improve your mind and body. Join us for this 30-minute virtual group exercise practice. A volunteer facilitator will guide you through Eight Pieces of Baduganjin session. Beginners welcome.


Space is limited. Class will be presented in Chinese and English.
*Participants must complete a waiver prior to class.

Please include your name, email address and phone number. Please put the name of the class and # in the subject line.

Once you complete registration for your class, you will receive an email confirmation with the new Zoom link information and instructions for joining the class.
