Description
This class is for beginner swimmers and is designed for participants with no swimming experience to those working towards independent swimming. Swimmers start with learning basic safety skills such as front and back float, as well as the beginning arms and kicking movement for freestyle and backstroke. Students will continue to progress to independent freestyle and develop backstroke techniques.
