Description: 

In this introductory course, students get to learn the moves and the mindset of a parkour champion. While covering the foundational maneuvers of parkour. Students will learn through engaging activities and games the value of obstacles and challenges as opportunities for self-betterment. Class will meet indoors and outdoors. Please bring a mask.
