Break out your inner detective as families work together to get to the bottom of kitchen and nutrition mysteries! Why does produce ripen slower in the fridge than it does on the counter? What causes bread to look so porous? Let's bring the principles of food science into the our daily lives to help us in the grocery store and the kitchen! In this workshop series, learn about the chemistry of cooking, food safety, busting grocery labels, future foods and more! Healthy Snacks provided. New topics each session. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
