Description

Join us as we head to Staunton State Park for a fun-filled fishing trip and hike made accessible. Everyone is welcome on this trip, but track chairs will be available for those needing accessibility assistance. Angler volunteers will be present to provide gear and assist with fishing off of the accessible pier. Bring a bagged lunch to enjoy under the covered pavilion after the hike. ADA-accessible transportation will be provided. If you would like to reserve a track chair, please contact Doug at DougD@ApexPRD.org, 303.467.7193. A fishing license is required for participants over 16 years old. Colorado Parks and Wildlife offers a free lifetime fishing license for those with disabilities via the Columbine program for customers with disabilities.
