A Junior Team Tennis: 12 and Under (Green Ball)

For Advanced Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced players (coaches will assess and place players on teams).

Player MUST be able to rally and serve and have general match play knowledge. This class is not for beginning players. (Please see Rec L3 and Middle School Rec classes if the player is new to tennis or in the beginner stage.)

JTT is a great way to have fun and be part of a team environment. Teams will practice twice a week, and play matches against other clubs or teams on Mondays. Away matches will require carpools and transportation arrangements with other families. The USTA usually works to have facilities play other nearby clubs or teams to limit drive time.

Practices: Wednesday and Friday, 9-10:30 am at Alice Sweet Thomas (no practice on July 4)

Matches: Monday, 9:30-11 am (Alice Sweet or away facility)

Season Dates: June 2-August 3

Match Dates: June 9-July 21

JTT State Championships: August 1-3 (for advancing play)

Cost: $465 (9 weeks of tennis practices and match play)
