Description
Ages 13+. Are you interested in 3D printing, but not sure where to start learning? This course is an introduction to one of the most common types of 3D printing (FDM) that you can do at home and requires no previous experience! In this 3 session hands-on program, we will explore the most common types of 3D printing, the components of a 3D printer, preparing a 3D model for printing, printing, and post processing 3D prints. At the end of the class, students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to start their own 3D printing journey!
All class materials will be provided. Students may bring their own laptops for an enhanced class experience, but a laptop is not required. Andrew Cleveland with Apex 3D Prints instructs.
