Description

Intro to Yoga is recommended for first-time students to begin their journey into yoga. This class teaches the basic poses (asanas) that will be practiced in yoga class as well as breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation techniques. The class is taught by yoga instructor, Phyllis Parker.
