Back to the Basics are 30 minute workout sessions with a personal trainer. These clinics are free to members (must register). Each month a different clinic is offered. Learn new ways to engage your fast twitch and slow twitch muscles. This clinic will be taught by Personal Trainer, Jay Simmons.
