Refunds/Transfers - The Antioch Recreation Department is happy to review activity transfer or refund requests. Customers may request a transfer or refund IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 5 business days prior to the first day of class. Refund/Transfer Forms are available at the front desk or emails may be sent to recreation@antiochca.gov with the participant name(s), class information, and reason. All refunds are subject to a $7.00 service charge per activity/class, unless the Recreation Department cancels the class. You will receive email confirmation of your transfer/refund request.

Senior Trip Cancellations - Full refund with more than a two weeks notice. Less than two weeks notice, a refund will be provided if spot can be filled. Refunds are subject to a $7 service charge per activity, unless trip is canceled by the City of Antioch Recreation Department.

Cancellations - The City has the right to cancel classes when enrollments have not reached their minimum. Please register early and help us to prevent class cancellations.

Fee for Late Pick-up - Parents agree to pick up their children by or before the scheduled release time. A late fee of $10 per 5-minute interval PER CHILD will be charged. Late fees are payable to the City of Antioch.

Antioch Water Park is subject to closure due to facility maintenance and inclement weather. No refunds. By entering, patrons waive any claims of personal injury, death or property damage.
