Description
This class is designed for high school/advanced divers who wish to compete for their high school team. Specialized lessons for divers 13 to 18 years. Utilization of the 1 meter springboard focusing on the 6 dives and 11 dives list required for High School competition season.
Please note: To maximize pool time, divers should complete some light aerobic exercise and stretching to warm up prior to the lesson.
