Description: 

Need something for the kids to do while school is out over the holiday? Let your child flip on over to the gym for a few hours while they are out of school! This camp incorporates gymnastics activities, strength training and fun workouts. Campers will explore apparatus and equipment including the bars, beams and 30-foot-long trampoline; as well as floor exercise. Campers will also enjoy using the rope swing to fly into the foam pit area. Campers will be divided up by age and ability. Supplies: Campers should bring a snack and water. Attire: T-shirt, shorts and tennis shoes.
