GYMNASTICS - 2 YEAR OLDS

The Alpharetta Recreation Gymnastics classes encourage physical fitness through fun and exciting activities that build strength, flexibility, coordination and helps enhance cognitive learning. Participants will have the opportunity to work on the uneven bars, balance beam, floor, vault, 30-foot-long trampoline, rope swing and play in the giant foam pit.

This playful class is centered around age-appropriate activities with an emphasis on socialization, basic motor skills and quality movement experiences. Caters to the growing independence of young children as they explore and move in a safe environment. Participants will develop listening and social skills as they're introduced to basic gymnastics apparatus. Attire: Leotard or t-shirt and shorts for girls with hair pulled back with a rubber band; T-shirt and shorts for boys.
