Master Lyle Lurz is one of our favorite program leaders! His passion and dedication to Taekwondo is unmatched. Through Taekwondo, participants learn non-aggressive self-defense, discipline, and technique. We have several parents who join the class right alongside their children! Beginners meet on Tuesday nights from 6-7pm and Advanced participants meet on Thursdays from 6-7pm (class is upstairs at the ARC). Following the class term, there will be a testing period to help you and your child gauge their progress and prepare them for the spring session of Taekwondo. No special clothing required to participate.
