Cancelation - Withdrawal - Transfer Policy You must cancel or withdraw at least one week before the program starts to receive a credit on your ARPD account, for future use. A $20 service fee will be charged for each class, camp, or program you cancel or withdraw from. Some specialty camps or programs may have different policies and service fees. Please refer to the description or details for any specific program prior to registration. A $20 service fee applies to any changes or transfers made after your original registration.
