Description

Join the percussive and expressive tap revival and enjoy the rhythm of this iconic dance form! Dancers work towards establishing a solid tap vocabulary, skills, timing and musicality. This class offers a fun blend of classic Broadway tap, film tap and freestyle rhythm tapping. Dancers should wear black tap shoes, leotard, tights and dance shorts. (KS)

No class 11/26, 12/17, 12/24, 12/31, 3/25, 4/1. Dress Rehearsal Week is Saturday, 5/17 through Friday, 5/23: all classes will be held at the Administration Center. Recitals are Friday and Saturday, 5/30-31, at St. Viator High School.

Costume fee is non-refundable after 1/15. Makeup classes may be scheduled on no class dates. Dancers missing 8 or more classes may be removed from recital. The last 2 classes of the season are mandatory. For updated information visit: ahpd.org/dance.
