Description

Applications are accepted starting April 1 and close April 30 for outdoor tennis courts. Application are only being accepted through on-line registration. Lottery applicants will be notified by May 6 of their court location. Only one applicant per group.

Permits run June 1 to August 31 for Arlington Heights Park District residents only.

$25 to enter the lottery. That fee will go toward your permit total fee. Fees below are for entire 13 week season.

Class A courts include: Camelot, Centennial, Dryden, Frontier, Green Slopes, Hasbrook, Heritage*, Pioneer

All Arlington Heights Park district tennis courts not listed in the lottery are open for walk-on play only. Recreation Park will be under renovation for the 2024 outdoor summer season. Forest View Racquet Club outdoor court permits, email skrones@ahpd.org.

If you are wishing to extend court reservation from September 1 - 30, 2024, there is a $40/court hour additional fee for Class A courts, or a $30/court hour additional fee for Class B courts. Please select in drop down when applying for application.

Permit reservations will be posted at each court site prior to the start of the outdoor season.

The Permittee, his organization and members, are bound by all Park District rules and regulations and Ordinance No. 260, as fully as though they were inserted in this Permit, including but not limited to those set forth here. To review Ordinance 260, use the link below.

The park facility shall be left in a clean and orderly condition.

No alcoholic beverages will be brought in or on the park facility.

The Permittee, his members and organization agree to pay for all damages to the park facility caused by them.

Any permit granted may be revoked for misrepresentation in the application or violation of the terms and conditions of the Permit, the Ordinances, rules and regulations of the Park District and the laws of the State of Illinois.

No refunds for inclement weather.
