This 6-week course teaches popular jewelry-making techniques in a casual, workshop setting that is appropriate for all levels of experience. Students will make 4 to 5 jewelry projects, including but not limited to: beaded wrap bracelet, gemstone necklace, embossed metal jewelry and a project of the class’ choosing.
Standard Community School tuition applies. A $35 materials fee is due to the instructor the first class. This fee covers some materials and supplies needed to make the jewelry projects. In addition, students should anticipate the cost of their own basic jewelry-making tools which can be purchased a local craft store or on-line inexpensively. If student provides own materials, this fee is waived.
