Description: Boot Camp with Kenzo is a 60-minute class for those looking to lose weight, build muscle and endurance, and get in better shape. We will begin with a dynamic warm up and move right into the workout. Workouts will consist of circuit and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Every workout ends with a stretch/cool down session.
