Description

HANDS ON/DEMO A pressure cooker can take your canning to the next level by allowing you to reach temperatures you cannot reach with a simple hot water bath. The high temperatures make it possible to safely can even low acidic foods like green beans, soups, stews, beans and more year round. Take home a jar of canned food for your pantry. Scholarship recipients pay $20. 1 class.
