Description

Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1. Balance your body and increase energy through yoga with this virtual class. Standing and seated poses, along with breath work, will release physical and mental tension. Improve your balance, body alignment, and range of motion. Must be able to get down and up from the floor. To help make sure you get the most from this class, the instructor will set up times for Q&A where you can practice the poses and get real time feedback to ensure you are doing your practice safely. If you've never done yoga, try out this class from the comfort and privacy of your own home! Please have your own mat. Instructor: Cinda Hocking, CYI.
