Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1. Balance your body and increase energy through yoga with this virtual class. Standing and seated poses, along with breath work, will release physical and mental tension. Improve your balance, body alignment, and range of motion. Must be able to get down and up from the floor. To help make sure you get the most from this class, the instructor will set up times for Q&A where you can practice the poses and get real time feedback to ensure you are doing your practice safely. If you've never done yoga, try out this class from the comfort and privacy of your own home! Please have your own mat. Instructor: Cinda Hocking, CYI. 1 class.

Biography:Cinda Hocking is an experienced social worker/counselor who specializes in mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation training. She received her Masters in Social Work form U of M. Her involvement in martial arts principles and practice led her to yoga. Cinda has been a yoga practitioner since 2011 and became a certified yoga instructor in 2014. She enjoys helping students learn tools and techniques that enrich and empower their life experience. Cinda currently manages an integrative primary care office at U of M.
