HANDS ON/DEMO Preserve citrus fruits while they are at their season peak. Understand the basics of boiling water bath canning including what equipment you will need and how to make sure the fruit you can will still be safe to eat six months from now. Take home a jar of properly preserved citrus for your pantry. Scholarship recipients pay $20. 1 class.
