Description: Ages 16-Adult. Polish up your style and technique of ballroom dance. You may learn new steps of the prerequisite dances or new dances may be introduced. Register with a partner of your choice (family member, friend, significant other). Fee is per individual, partner required. Prerequisite: Must know the basics of Foxtrot, Waltz and Swing. Instructor: Sue Bareis Rec & Ed dance instructor for over 35 years. 10 classes. No class 11/27.
Biography:span style="color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Susan Bareis has over 32 years experience teaching Ballroom. Twelve years of training was completed with Arthur Murray, where she participated in numerous showcases and ProAm competitions. For nine years, she attended Brigham Young University Ballroom Dance Camp and received extensive college credits. She took numerous lessons from US, Canadian and World Champions. She has taught for Washtenaw Community College, Dexter Community Schools, Dance Theatre Studio and provided music and dance workshops for numerous private parties and private lessons. She is currently teaching for Ann Arbor Rec&Ed.
