Description: 

Ages 7 - 13. Twin Knights Chess camp is for kids who have never played, those who have had some instruction and those who are familiar with the rules and some tactics. Campers will learn chess history, etiquette, piece movement, relative values of the pieces, common opening moves, middlegame and endgame strategies and tactics. They will practice under tournament conditions, analyze games of famous players, solve puzzles and have fun with playing bughouse. There will be trophies and other prizes. Instructor: All The King’s Men Staff. Monday - Thursday.

This camp meets at Forsythe Middle School from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, starting on Monday, December 27th; running through Thursday December 30th.

Notes:
Camps will follow AAPS COVID-19 protocols. Masks are required during camp, as well as during curbside drop-off and pick-up.
