Ages 2-5 years & an adult. Feel like a kid again as you actively partner with your little one in this non-traditional yoga class Chris' partner is her 81-year-old mother for several classes! Get ready for a fun mixture of songs, animal poses, games, and age appropriate breathing and meditation techniques that will release energy and leave everyone feeling relaxed and peaceful. Expect other benefits too, like enhanced concentration, improved listening skills and more refined motor coordination. Bring a yoga mat to share with your little (or separate mats if that's more comfortable) and plan on Sunday morning fun! Participants will physical/social distance and commit to weekly self-health screenings.
