Description

Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1. Balance your body and increase energy through yoga in this virtual class. Standing and seated poses along with breath work will release physical and mental tension. Improve your balance, body alignment and range of motion. Must be able to get down and up from the floor. Please have your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Cinda Hocking, CYI. 1 class.
