Description: 6th - 8th Grade; 5:00-5:45pm: Are you looking to move more, increase your flexibility, and strengthen your body? Then this is for you! This class is designed for those who like to have fun and want to get stronger! Prepare to jump, twist, and lengthen with body weight exercises and dance stretching techniques. No dance experience is necessary to join. You will move, sweat, and have fun in this exciting new fitness class!
