Description

6th-8th Grade; 7:00-7:30pm: Join Chris Colaner, certified yoga instructor for young people, in a middle-of-the-week yoga break. Warm-ups begin with a breathing exercise followed by brain and body boosters. Students learn how to fluidly flow through a set routine of yoga poses and are introduced to new poses each class. Music, meditation and calming exercises help to reach a mindful state of peace by the end of each class.

These classes are one-time-only, meaning you will need to register for each individual date that you wish to attend. Class will be online, using Zoom.

Activity meeting dates

We will meet virtually via Zoom on Wednesday January 20, from 7:00 to 7:30pm.
