Ages 14 and up. Level 1-3. Move and GROOVE® with your family in a fun and easy class that will foster connection and creativity. You will unite simple dance moves with all styles of music using your own unique style. Release your inner artist and awaken your inspiration! There is no wrong way to do this. NO dance experience required. Fee is for your entire family (1-10 people), but please register everyone who plans to attend. Certified GROOVE Facilitator: Hsiao-Wen Lo. 8 classes.
Please note, this is a virtual/online class that can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smart phone. To fully participate, you will need access to the Internet during the class time, and a built in camera/microphone on your device or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.

Biography:Hsiao-Wen Lo is a certified GROOVE facilitator. She was trained in Chicago in 2018 and is excited to offer GROOVE through Rec&Ed. She holds a Ph.D. In Counseling Psychology and has her own private practice. She appreciates the philosophy behind the GROOVE method and enjoys bringing music, movement, and healing together through GROOVE.
