Ages 14 and up. Level 1-3. Move and GROOVE® with your family in a fun and easy class that will foster connection and creativity. You will unite simple dance moves with all styles of music using your own unique style. Release your inner artist and awaken your inspiration! Fun for your entire family (1-10 people); please register everyone who plans to attend. There is no wrong way to do this. No dance experience required! Certified GROOVE Facilitator: Hsiao-Wen Lo. 1 class.

Biography:Hsiao-Wen Lo is a certified GROOVE facilitator. She was trained in Chicago in 2018 and is excited to offer GROOVE through Rec&Ed. She holds a Ph.D. In Counseling Psychology and has her own private practice. She appreciates the philosophy behind the GROOVE method and enjoys bringing music, movement, and healing together through GROOVE.
