Description:
Adult. Level 1 - 2. Combine breath and movement. Gently stretch your body and bring a sense of calm to your mind. Learn how to practice yoga sitting in a chair and how to use the chair as support when performing standing poses in this virtual class. Your focus is on breath work, stretching, strengthening, gentle movement of the joints, relaxation and meditation. Open to all ages and abilities. Please have a yoga mat and a straight back chair (with or without arms) to use during this class. Enjoy this class from the comfort of your own home! Instructor: Jeanne Hagadone, RYT 200. 9 classes.

Biography:Jeanne Hagadone felt inspired by the wonderful way she felt doing yoga and knew she wanted to share the gifts of yoga with others. Jeanne completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in 2012 from the Yoga Center in Brighton, Michigan. Since then Jeanne has been delighting in sharing the positive and healthy effects of yoga with her students. She continues to study, learning through books, additional trainings, other instructors, her students, and her own experience. Jeanne whole heartedly believes that yoga can be a beneficial, fun, and empowering part of anyone's life.
