Adult. Level 1 - 3 Join this high energy party from the comfort of your own home! A class for beginners or active older adults. Easy to follow dance steps that focus on balance, cardio, range of motion, and fun in an online platform. Wear fitness shoes and have a water bottle. Certified Zumba® Gold Instructor: Geraldine (Jerry) Powell. 3 classes.
